From an intimate gathering for 20 to a grand event for 400, we have several spaces for you to choose from. From your ceremony space to your hospitality area and on to your banquet seating or reception – we will customize a selection of spaces just for your event.

For Smaller Reception Settings:

*         Kingsley’s Boardroom (up to 32 guests)    *         Kingsley’s Lookout  (33-72 guests)

*         Kennedy’s Keeping Room (80-100 guests)

For a Medium Sized Reception:

*        Olivia’s Ballroom (up to 184 guests)

Our Largest Reception Space:

*        Kennedy’s Grand Ballroom (up to 432 guests)

Our Ceremony Spaces:   Note – Our Chapel is always set for you, in case of bad weather.

* Kingsley’s Patio is a perfect setting for up to 72 guests, overlooking the ponds.

* Olivia’s Lower Terrace borders the ponds and fits up to 160 guests perfectly with the triple Pergola and LED lighting accenting this setting.

* The Bridge takes your guests to our large terrace setting, and our large grassy terrace gives you another great setting to choose from. Both are adjacent to the pond and can accommodate up to 400 guests comfortably.

* Kennedy’s Keeping Room – Our Chapel, can seat up to 300 guests.

* For Weddings with over 300 guests we have Olivia’s Ballroom for your ceremony.

Create your own “D.I.Y.” ceremony and reception

For this setting you can pick your ceremony, hospitality and reception spaces and we will provide your tables, choice of our chairs, our lighting systems, instruct your D.J. on operating our video and audio systems and even include our photo booth. You and your coordinator can take it from there!

Our brides choose this package almost exclusively because it makes your day virtually trouble free. This Package Includes:

Your Own Personal Coordinator – Your event coordinator and designer will work with you from day one to plan everything from the design to event logistics such as choosing a menu and setting the “day of” agenda. Our coordinators work hand-in-hand with our exclusive catering and beverage partners – Marsalas. All of our staff stay connected through wireless radios, the entire evening. The Overlook staff, catering staff, D.J. and security staff stay wired all evening on the same channel so that we all stay on point as we put your evening’s agenda in place. Here is what our inclusive décor package includes.

* Five-foot round or six-foot rectangular tables seating eight guests.

* Cushioned mahogany or silver chiavari banquet chairs, or white camp chairs

* Four styles of tablecloths, napkins and seven styles of runners, overlays and chair sashes that let you pick from over 100 fabric and color choices to create a design to match your vision.

* Centerpieces – Three categories that include glass vases, goblets, pillar candle holders various branching and vase fillers, metal and wood elements like lanterns and various trees and different accessories to add just the amount of bling to your design.

* Three styles of charger plates in many popular colors.

* Colonial pine tables to use for your head table(s).

* Full selection of apothecary jars for candy or popcorn bars.

* Arbors, roman columns and other of elements to use for your ceremony setting.

* Photo booth with props and photo book station for your guests.

* DJ’s can work out of our built-in, dedicated sound booths, saving room for guests.

* Built-in custom cComputer controlled LED up lighting and ceiling light bars with hundreds of colors to choose from. The Chavet brand up-lights have built in microphones that can dance to the beat of your music.

* Dance floor lighting and motion floor lasers.

* Dance floor projection system to put our new couples name in lights.

* HD wall projector, ceiling mounted, allows power point pictorials and videos with sound during your reception.

* Ballroom chandeliers and sconce lighting are on dimmers to set just the right mood for your event.

* We include wireless microphones and a lapel mike for your officiant.


Our other amenities will make your big day a breeze.  From our special salon for brides and bridal parties to our Man Cave for the guys to relax and get ready in, we have thought of every detail. We also realize that you may need other vendors for your special day and we’ll provide you with our list of preferred vendors that can help with the few things we don’t do – like flowers and photography and Cakes. Our preferred venders are some of the very best Houston has to offer.
